We only collect the data that you send us via the website's forms:

• Contact, valuation, commercial premises, offices and buildings: first name and surname, email address, telephone number, company, subject of the enquiry, project details (property type, floor area, location, budget, business activity) and message.

• Recruitment: first and last name, email address, telephone number, role applied for, level of experience, CV and any additional information.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your requests, getting back in touch with you, and assisting you with your property project: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and legitimate interest of THE NEW PLACE COMMERCES.

• Review your application: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Your data is neither sold nor used for marketing purposes by third parties.

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the teams at THE NEW PLACE COMMERCES. It is hosted by our service provider Framer B.V. (Netherlands, European Union), acting as a data processor.

Shelf life

• Contact and project enquiries: 3 years from the date of the last contact.

• Applications: 2 years from the last contact, unless an earlier deletion request is made.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port your personal data.
